SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75 and $6 for all orders via USPS priority mail, unless otherwise noted.  Most orders are shipped same day if placed before 1PM CST.  However, some orders could take up to 2-3 business days to process.  You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships to the address provided at checkout.  Information about any back ordered or cancelled item will be included in a separate email. 

Need it in a hurry?  We offer Overnight delivery.  Please email us before placing your order so we can give you the shipping cost as it varies by distance.  All orders, for Overnight delivery, should be placed before 12 PM CST.  Orders placed after 1PM CST will not ship until the next business day.

Each piece is packaged in a beautiful box and/or velvet bag ready to give.

Please allow up to 7 business days for any custom item to be made and shipped.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

HOLIDAY ORDERS:  Orders placed November 22nd-27th with BLACK FRIDAY code are final sale. 

Holiday cut off is December 16th, at 3:00 pm CST, to insure your order is received by the 24th.  Orders placed after this date and time cannot be guaranteed to be delivered in time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It is our goal to make sure you receive quality items and love your new Bracha.  If you smile, we smile!

Because a portion of every sale goes to the organizations Bracha supports, we cannot offer refunds.   However,  if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item or issue a store credit within 10 days from the date your item is delivered.  ALL returned items must be unworn, unused and in the original condition/packaging.  Bracha has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Contact us at orders@wearbracha.com, with your invoice number along with a brief reason for your exchange.  If return requirements are met you will receive a Return Authorization #.   For any other exchange inquiries - only orders with a Return Authorization #'s will be accepted.

Please ensure the item(s) sent back is via a traceable and/or insurable method as Bracha is not responsible for any returned packages not received.  Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. 

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE:  Custom Orders, Earrings and Sale items are FINAL SALE. No other discounts will be honored on sale items or promotions. 

WARRANTY / REPAIRS

Bracha offers a 90-day warranty on products purchased online. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and not wear & tear or neglect.   After 90 days, at our discretion, we will replace or repair your damaged product (there may be a small repair charge).  Please note that our styles change frequently and we may not have old materials available.  If stones are damaged, there will be a small charge for the new stone. Repairs are subject to shipping costs.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at, orders@wearbracha.com, or by phone at (469) 320-1988 within 2 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.  Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.  Shipping will be credited to your order if it's done via USPS.
