Shipping / Exchanges


Please note Most orders are shipped same day if placed before 1PM CST.  However, some orders could take up to 2-3 business days to process unless other wise stated on the product description.  You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships to the address provided at checkout.  

If your item has not arrived please check your tracking info an call your local post office as they may have more in depth details BRACHA is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.

Need it in a hurry?  We offer Express delivery for an additional charge.  Please email us before placing your order so we can give you the shipping cost as it varies by distance. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for any custom item to be made and shipped. Any type of custom item is final sale

Because a portion of every sale goes to the organizations Bracha supports, we cannot offer refunds.   However,  if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item or issue a store credit within 10 days from the date your item is delivered.  ALL returned items must be unworn, unused and in the original condition/packaging.

* We are not responsible for shipping charges To/From  on orders that need to be exchanged for another style.

*  Bracha has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Contact us at, with your invoice number along with a brief reason for your exchange.  If return requirements are met you will receive a Return Authorization #.   For any other exchange inquiries - only orders with a Return Authorization #'s will be accepted.

Please ensure the item(s) sent back is via a traceable and/or insurable method as Bracha is not responsible for any returned packages not received.  Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. 

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE:  Custom Orders, Earrings and Sale items are FINAL SALE. No other discounts or promotions can be combined or will be honored on sale items. 


Bracha offers a 90-day warranty on products purchased online. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and not wear & tear or neglect.   After 90 days, at our discretion, we will gladly repair your damaged product for a small fee. Please email with order # and picture of item

Please note that our styles change frequently and we may not have old materials available. Repairs are subject to shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at,, or by phone at (469) 320-1988 within 2 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a exchange.  Exchanges not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.  We will make sure to issue a Return label for item to be shipped back. 



Most of our designs and are made with 14K and 18K Gold-filled and yellow or rose Gold Vermeil (materials that don't tarnish easily).  We will incorporate other metals and materials as well for different designs. They are handcrafted and some of the chains and natural stones we use are very delicate and should be handled with care.

We recommend keeping your Bracha jewelry dry away from chlorine etc. Using a jewelry cleaning cloth and keeping all your jewels in a jewelry box or baggie will prolong the beauty of the stones.  Use your judgement if using jewelry cleaners for any of the chain. 

We recommend that any adjustable rings be adjusted at the base of the ring and not from the stones.  If you have other questions about any of your Bracha jewelry, we are happy to answer them.   Email us at
