Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation Email containing your order confirmation number. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can't find it. If you're still unable to locate it, please send us an email at orders@wearbracha.com

Great! Login and head over to your Bracha account and select "Order History" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Don't have an account?
No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "Order History". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please email our team at orders@wearbracha.com. Include your order number and a picture of the damage.

Yes, we ship worldwide via Fed Ex.
Yes, we offer Route Shipping Insurance on all orders.
You can opt-in at checkout and pay a small fee to insure your package. This will cover lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you need to file a claim, click here: claims.route.com
UPS 2nd Day Air Orders get processed and shipped daily (Monday-Friday).
*Please note, any pre-order item with 2nd-day air shipping will follow the pre-order timeframe to ship given in the product description.
Returns
We accept returns for store credit only, within 14 business days.
Return requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items must be in all original packaging
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

Return shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders will be subject to a $7 return fee which will be deducted from your store credit refund.
