Orders & Order Status
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find it? Email us at orders@wearbracha.com, and our team will be happy to help.
If you have a BRACHA account, simply log in and visit Order History to view your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Don’t have an account? No problem. You can create one using the same email address you used to place your order, and your order will automatically appear under Order History once it’s available. Tracking numbers are sent as soon as your order ships.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at orders@wearbracha.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Our team will review it and take care of you as quickly as possible.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Some handmade or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will always be noted on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery
All BRACHA orders are shipped from our Texas warehouse.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping via FedEx.
Yes, we offer optional shipping package protection at checkout for a small fee. This coverage helps protect your order if it is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
If you purchased package protection and need to file a claim, please contact our customer care team at orders@wearbracha.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
We offer UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for faster delivery. Orders with 2nd Day Air are processed and shipped Monday–Friday.
Please note: If your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, expedited shipping will still follow the shipping timeframe listed on the product page.
Returns
We accept exchanges for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Due to a portion of every sale supporting our nonprofit partners, we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Be returned with all original packaging
- Include the original packing slip
- Be returned as a complete set if purchased as a set
Items that are final sale and not eligible for return include:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings
- Sale items
- Hair accessories
- Flash Sale Friday items
- Warehouse Sale items
Additional details:
- Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
- Domestic returns include a free USPS return label once approved through our return portal.
- A $7 return fee will only be applied if a return is rejected by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- Promotional or gift-with-purchase items must be returned with the original order to receive store credit.
- BRACHA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements
To start a return, please use our return portal.
Domestic returns must be submitted through our return portal and approved before shipping. Once approved, a free USPS return label will be emailed to you, and store credit will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
International customers are responsible for return shipping using a trackable and insured method. BRACHA is not responsible for lost or damaged international return shipments.
