RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges for store credit only.  Due to a portion of every sale going to the organizations Bracha supports, we do not offer refunds, there is no exception.  

We will exchange your item or issue a store credit within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.  

ALL returned items must be unworn, unused and in the original condition/packaging.  Please ensure the item(s) sent back is via a traceable and/or insurable method as Bracha is not responsible for any packages damaged or lost in transit.

* We are not responsible for shipping charges To/From on orders that need to be exchanged for another style.

* BRACHA has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Our team will respond within 24-48 hrs with a confirmation if item meets approval return requirements.

Once we receive the return we will inspect it to make sure it is in good condition. Then we will immediately process your store credit.  

TERMS & CONDITIONS /  ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

Custom Orders, Earrings and Sale items are FINAL SALE.  No other discounts or promotions can be combined or will be honored on sale items.  Please make sure you read product details on sale items before purchasing.

Wholesale orders do not qualify for refunds.

 GIFT WITH PURCHASE:

If the item came with a gift with purchase, please return that as well.  If it is not returned we will adjust the value of the item to the store credit. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

Price adjustments are not honored during holiday promotions like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

 WARRANTY / REPAIRS

We want you to feel good about shopping with us.  

BRACHA offers a free repair 1 year warranty on products purchased online. This warranty covers manufacturing defect or workmanship NOT wear & tear or neglect. Customer is responsible for shipping item back to us.

We will issue a repair free of charge if it's within the 1 year warranty period.  Anytime after a year, we will gladly repair it for a fee.  

E-mail Orders@wearbracha.com with order number,  picture of item and damage.

Please note that our styles change frequently and we may not have old materials available.  Repairs may take up to 2 weeks to complete and be shipped back.
