RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges for store credit only. Due to a portion of every sale supporting the organizations BRACHA partners with, we do not offer refunds. No exceptions.
- Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We will exchange your item or issue a store credit within 14 days of delivery.
- ALL returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition/packaging.
- A packing slip is required for all returns. Every order includes a packing slip. Please keep it for your records.
* BRACHA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.
Domestic Return Process:
- Once your return request is submitted and approved via our return portal, a FREE USPS return label will be emailed to you.
- After we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be processed right away.
BRACHA reserves the right to decline unauthorized returns, including personalized and final sale items, which will be returned to the sender. We are not responsible for rejected return shipments, and no refunds will be issued for these items. A $7 return fee will be charged.

Gift With Purchase:
If your order included a gift with purchase, the gift must be returned with the original item in order to receive store credit.
International Returns:
Customers are responsible for sending international returns using a trackable and insured shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your item(s) to ensure they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging, store credit will be issued. BRACHA is not responsible for lost or damaged international return shipments.
