 RETURN PROCESS:

If the item is within 14 days of delivery, please click on the link below to start your returns.

Our team will respond within 24-48 hrs with a confirmation if the item meets approval return requirements.

Once we receive the return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. Then we will immediately process your store credit.  

Domestic returns for store credit will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit refund. 

Once approved, you will be emailed a return label. 

 

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY  

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges for store credit only. Due to a portion of every sale going to the organizations Bracha supports, we do not offer refunds. There is no exception.  

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. 

We will exchange your item or issue a store credit within 14 days of delivery.

ALL returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition/packaging.

* Bracha will refuse a return without proof of a packing slip. Every single order that gets shipped will receive a packing slip. 

* BRACHA has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

 

SALES & PROMOTIONS:

One discount code per order may be applied for a sale or promotion. No additional discounts or promotions may be applied at checkout.

 

REWARD POINTS & DISCOUNT CODES:

Rewards points may not be redeemed with additional discounts or promotions.

Only one discount code may be used per order. We do not accept multiple discount codes per order.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

Custom Orders, Earrings, Hair accessories, and Sale items are FINAL SALE no exceptions. No other discounts or promotions can be combined or will be honored on sale items.

* Flash sale Friday items are FINAL SALE

* 12 days of Christmas items are FINAL SALE

* Bracha mystery box is FINAL SALE

GIFT WITH PURCHASE:

If the item came with a gift with purchase, the item must be sent back with the original return. We will adjust the item's value to the store credit if it is not returned.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

Price adjustments are not honored during holiday promotions like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Flash Sale Friday. 

 

WARRANTY / REPAIRS

We want you to feel good about shopping with us. 

BRACHA offers a free 1-year warranty repair on products purchased online. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or workmanship, NOT wear & tear or neglect. The customer is responsible for shipping items back to us.

We will issue a repair free of charge if it's within the one-year warranty period. We will gladly repair it anytime after a year for a fee plus shipping.

Please note that our styles change frequently, and we may not have old materials available. Repairs may take up to 2 weeks to complete and be shipped back.
