RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges for store credit only. Due to a portion of every sale going to the organizations Bracha supports, we do not offer refunds. There is no exception.  

  • Outbound shipping fees are not refundable. 
  • We will exchange your item or issue a store credit within 14 days of delivery.
  • ALL returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition/packaging.

* Bracha will refuse a return without proof of a packing slip. Every single order that gets shipped will receive a packing slip. 

* BRACHA has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Domestic Return Process:

- USPS shipping label will be emailed once you submit your return request through our return portal and it is approved.

- Returns will be subject to a $7 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit refund. 

- Once your return is received, we will inspect it to ensure the item is unworn, unused, and in the original condition/packaging. We will immediately process your store credit.  

BRACHA reserves the right to decline unauthorized returns, including personalized items and final sale items, and will return such items to the sender. We are not responsible for rejected return shipments, and no refunds will be issued for the item(s). A $7 return fee will be charged. 

Items Not Eligible For Returns:

Custom Orders, Earrings, and Hair accessories are Final Sale, including Flash Sale Friday Items.

Gift With Purchase:

Gifts with purchase items must be sent back with the original return. 

International Returns:

Customers are responsible for shipping international returns to us using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Once we receive and inspect the return to confirm it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, store credit will be issued. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
