RETURNS & EXCHANGES

***DUE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS MOMENT. We hope you understand our updated policy at the moment in trying to keep our staff healthy and safe.

Because a portion of every sale goes to the organizations Bracha supports, we do not offer refunds. However,  if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item or issue a store credit within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.  ALL returned items must be unworn, unused and in the original condition/packaging. 

 

* We are not responsible for shipping charges To/From on orders that need to be exchanged for another style.

* Bracha has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Please ensure the item(s) sent back is via a traceable and/or insurable method as Bracha is not responsible for any returned packages not received. 

Custom Orders, Earrings and Sale items are FINAL SALE. No other discounts or promotions can be combined or will be honored on sale items. 

WARRANTY / REPAIRS

Bracha offers a 30-day warranty on products purchased online. This warranty covers manufacturing faults not wear & tear or neglect.   After 30 days, at our discretion, we will gladly repair your damaged product for a small repair fee. Please email Orders@wearbracha.com with order # and picture of item

Please note that our styles change frequently and we may not have old materials available. Repairs are subject to shipping costs.
