Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your order once credit card authorization has been obtained.
Once the package is given to our carrier please allow 7-12 business days for your order to be delivered to you.
Orders placed on weekends will process the next business day (excluding public holidays).
Please note that some styles clearly state that they are a PRE-ORDER. A pre-order can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for any custom item to be made and shipped. Note ''custom items'' are final sale.
Shipping to APO, FPO and DPO addresses are sent USPS parcel select. Due to military handling time, delivery may take up to 40 days for some destinations.
Where's my order ? I haven't received tracking info?
- Tracking info becomes available once our carrier partners pick up and scan your package. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the scanned package to be updated in the system.
- Tracking information will be sent within 24 - 48 hrs, please allow 2-4 days after tracking info was sent for it to show actual live updates of your order, it's a patience game.
- If you purchased a pre-order item, we will send you tracking info right away to show you that your order is in que and will ship at the estimated time given. Pre-Order items can ship within 1-2 weeks after purchase. Bracha will be worth the wait (wink wink) !
Item showing delivered but it's not here?:
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Hang tight! Our carriers might of scanned your package a tad too early. We do everything we can to make sure you get your orders. Our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. Due to carrier delays connected to high package volume and Covid-19, you may experience some delays or delivery restrictions in certain locations.
Please contact your local carrier USPS or UPS office and give them your tracking info. They will be able to further assist you as additional shipping info is out of our control.
BRACHA is not Liable for lost / undelivered or stolen packages. We proudly offer package protection option at every checkout for a small minimal fee to guarantee your package incase it was not delivered or stolen. Due to delays on status of your order via USPS it may show delivered but your item could actually arrive 2-7 days after it shows delivered on your status. Please keep in touch with them and be patient as we don't have additional information about delivery questions once it leaves our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOW AVAILABLE : Free shipping is offered within the contiguous United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S territories.
Orders outside of the U.S delivery estimate is 5-8 business days via DHL. Please note that DHL is having shipping delays because of the Covid-19 impact.
