Our team was able to safely travel into the office today and has begun preparing and packaging orders. While we likely missed today’s carrier pickup cutoff, orders will begin leaving our warehouse tomorrow.

What this means for your order

Order processing timeline

All orders will be processed in the order they were placed, beginning with orders placed on Friday, January 23.

Second Day Air orders

Any Second Day Air orders placed between Friday, January 23, and Wednesday, January 28, will ship on Thursday, January 29.

Once your order is packaged, you will receive a separate email with your tracking information.
