Water Resistant /Stainless Steel: This is the highest quality of them all. Styles plated over stainless steel are non tarnishing, hypoallergenic and water proof. You still want to wipe off at the end wearing it with a small jewelry cloth.
Gold Plated Mixed Metals: Don't shower with gold plated jewelry, apply lotions or perfume with it on, swim or workout in it. Some of our gold plated pieces may contain brass or silver as the base metal.
Gold Filled: Thicker coating of gold. Gold filled items will wear longer than gold plated pieces but still need some love as these items are not 24k solid gold. Use a mild jewelry cleaning solution and run under water and pat dry. Gold filled can still get dull and fade if there is heavy wear, constant perfume/hair chemicals, sea salt water and chlorine are constantly getting on it.
Sterling Silver: Some styles are plated over .925 sterling silver making them a higher quality than gold plated over brass items. Styles that contain sterling silver will not turn green or brown. They can handle getting wet - however we don't recommend it showering etc. with them on a daily basis.

Some styles clearly state that they are a PRE-ORDER. A pre-order can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship from purchase date.
Please note that once your item ships we can not refund shipping fees for late arrivals on expedited shipping or regular upgraded shipping fees.
Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM (CST) or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

We will exchange your item or issue a store credit within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.
ALL returned items must be unworn, unused and in the original condition/packaging. Please ensure the item(s) sent back is via a traceable and/or insurable method as Bracha is not responsible for any packages damaged or lost in transit.
* We are not responsible for shipping charges To/From on orders that need to be exchanged for another style.
* BRACHA has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Items purchased on 11/11-12/25 will have an extended return day of 1/25/22
Our team will respond within 24-48 hrs with a confirmation if item meets approval return requirements.
Once we receive the return we will inspect it to make sure it is in good condition. Then we will immediately process your store credit.

Custom Orders, Earrings, Hair accessories and Sale items, flash sale deals, Christmas deals are FINAL SALE no exceptions. No other discounts or promotions can be combined or will be honored on sale items.
